Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Butik Dayı (Dayı Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.), we prioritize customer satisfaction. The cancellation and return conditions for orders placed through www.butikdayi.com are listed below.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
1.1. Your orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
1.2. You can submit your order cancellation request via phone at 0530 567 46 44 or email at info@butikdayi.com .
1.3. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped; in this case, the return process must be initiated after you receive the product.
2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
2.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason.
2.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within this period.
2.3. Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be unused, have their tags intact, and retain their resale value.
3. RETURN CONDITIONS
3.1. The product to be returned must be sent with its original packaging, all accessories, and invoice.
3.2. Returns of used, washed, tagged, or products that have lost their resale value will not be accepted.
3.3. Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear and similar products (if applicable, this will be stated in the product description).
4. RETURN PROCESS
4.1. Once your return request is approved, the product must be sent back to us.
4.2. After the product reaches us, the necessary checks will be carried out.
4.3. Once the return is approved, the product price will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days via the payment method used.
4.4. Butik Dayı is not responsible for delays caused by banks and financial institutions.
5. DAMAGED / FAULTY PRODUCT
5.1. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you must have the delivery person prepare a damage report upon delivery.
5.2. Once you contact us with the report, the exchange or refund process will be initiated.
