Membership Agreement

1. PARTIES

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”),

(hereinafter referred to as "the Company")

By registering on the site, the member is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement defines the terms and conditions under which the Member may use the website www.butikdayi.com , and the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1. Membership begins with the completion and approval of the membership form located on the site.

3.2. The member acknowledges that the information provided is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.

3.3. Persons under the age of 18 cannot become members without the permission of their legal representative.

3.4. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if it deems it necessary.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE MEMBER

4.1. The member agrees to use the site in a manner that complies with the law and general morality.

4.2. The member is responsible for the security of their username and password.

4.3. All transactions made through the member account are the responsibility of the member.

4.4. The member agrees not to misuse the site, and not to engage in any actions that disrupt the system's operation, cause damage, or infringe upon the rights of third parties.

5. COMPANY'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

5.1. The company reserves the right to change the site content and services without prior notice.

5.2. The company may temporarily suspend access to the site due to technical maintenance, updates, or force majeure.

5.3. The company complies with applicable legislation regarding the protection of Member information.

6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data belonging to the Member is processed within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, and detailed information can be found in the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) Disclosure Statement located at www.butikdayi.com .

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The website design, logo, images, texts, and all content belong to Dayı Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

8. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

Members can terminate their membership at any time.

The company reserves the right to unilaterally terminate membership in case of breach of contract.

9. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In case of any disputes arising from this agreement, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye shall apply. The competent courts and enforcement offices are the Istanbul (Şişli) Courts and Enforcement Offices.

10. EFFECTIVE DATE

By becoming a member of www.butikdayi.com , the member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement.
