2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the purchase of goods by the BUYER from www.butikdayi.com This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically via the website, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

4. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

4.1. The product will be delivered to the address provided by the BUYER during the order process.

4.2. The product will be shipped within the specified delivery time after order confirmation, provided that this period does not exceed the legal maximum of 30 days.

4.3. The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or the shipping company.

4.4. Damage should be assessed upon product delivery, and a damage report should be filed with the delivery person for any damaged products.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason.

5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be given to the SELLER within this period (via e-mail or site communication channels).

5.3. Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be unused, have their tags intact, and retain their resale value.

5.4. The product to be returned must be sent in its original packaging and with all accessories.

5.5. In cases where a product is returned under the right of withdrawal, the price will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days of the product reaching the SELLER, using the same payment method.

6. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

  • Used, washed, and label-removed products.

  • Products prepared according to the BUYER's specific request.

  • Products that are non-returnable due to their nature.

7. PAYMENT AND REFUND TERMS

7.1. Refunds for payments made by credit card will be processed to the card in accordance with the relevant bank procedures.

7.2. The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by banks and financial institutions.

8. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts located in the BUYER's place of residence or the SELLER's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

9. EFFECTIVE DATE

BUYER, www.butikdayi.com By placing an order through the website, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

This agreement enters into force upon completion of the order.
