Your orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation is received.

3. DELIVERY TIME
Orders shipped via courier will be delivered to you within an average of 1-5 business days , depending on your location.
Butik Dayı is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
4. SHIPPING FEE

Free shipping on orders of 9,999 TL and above.

For orders under 9,999 TL, the shipping fee is displayed during the payment process.
5. ORDER TRACKING
You will receive the tracking number via SMS and/or email when your order is shipped.
You can also track your order by logging into your account at www.butikdayi.com and going to My Account > My Orders .
6. THINGS TO PAY ATTENTION TO DURING DELIVERY

If you notice any damage to the packaging upon delivery, be sure to have the delivery person fill out a damage report .
